Its Primo holdin it down on Hot 97 back in '95. On this set he playin classic record after classic record. But he was also playin alot of underground joints that wasnt gettin played on the radio. So Primo knew what he was doing, he puttin on other artists at that time that wasnt gettin airplay. Primo is very big on underground hip-hop gettin exposure, and on this set he did just that. I wish i knew the name to some of those songs he played. I hope you rock to this!

Ah you are diggin up the classic joints! All I can say is "Wow"... I'm glad someone's tape deck was rolling for this show. Of course if Premo rocked my town's radio station for an hour I'd have my tape deck ready too! Thanks for the radio shows, it reminds me of how great radio was during this era.
